Continuous Consumption Alerts
If we get a continuous consumption alert (meaning some amount of water, even minimal, is being tracked through your meter every hour) we will send you an email with a graph showing that usage so you can address it. It could be something as simple as a running toilet or leaking sink. Alerts will trigger after a 24-48 hour period so they generally won't be caught the same day, however, if you suspect something, we can look in realtime at your account to about 4 hours historically.
