Board Directors

Homeowners - Please remember that Board members cannot make decisions independently (nor outside of a Board meeting).  All decisions made on behalf of the Water District need to be discussed, decided, and voted on by the entire Board at a Board meeting.

 

Max Parmenter - President

Max is a Colorado native and Denver-based real estate attorney. He’s a car enthusiast who enjoys skiing,  fishing, and long drives in Colorado’s beautiful mountains. 

 

Chris Palmer - Treasurer/Secretary

Chris spent most of his career working as a financial regulator before retiring from the NCUA. He now works for the City and County of Denver in the Department of Safety. He enjoys cooking, swimming and spending time outdoors. 

 

Ryan Arestie - Director 

Ryan is a finance executive who lives in the community with his wife and 2 daughters. Born and raised in Texas and having spent several years in New York City, he is now proud to live and enjoy Colorado's beautiful scenery with his family. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, basketball, and camping.

 

Mike Kosch - Director 

Mike is an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Specialist with over 15 years of experience supporting various business operations through partner onboarding, transaction monitoring, troubleshooting, and process improvements.  He has worked with both technical and business teams to ensure reliable data exchange and process efficiencies.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with my family and friends, riding his Harley-Davidson, off-roading on his ATV, attending rodeos, and other various activities.  The mountain lifestyle, scenic beauty, and strong sense of community that Evergreen offers lead to him becoming an active member in the Evergreen Rodeo Association.
